The Leader In Training (LIT) position at Lakeshore Pentecostal Camp is the perfect opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience while being mentored by an experienced leader. As an LIT, you'll receive all the same training as our staff, and you'll be paired with a mentor to work alongside, gaining valuable insights and practical skills.
