THEN, SUBMIT YOUR 3 REFERENCES

Have your THREE references forwarded to the Camp for pre-approval 

 

 

FINALLY, COMPLETE THE FORMS

If purchasing an existing unit, submit the completed Form 1 and 2 in partnership with the Camp Office and the Vendor and forward it to the Office!
